Everything! Room was fantastic with a swimming pool size tub to soak in after many hours of travel in the car. Restaurant within the hotel served delicious food until 10 so we were able to get a little supper after a late arrival. The decor was a mixture of modern and rustic with beautiful wooden tables and chandeliers. We appreciated the Keurig coffee machine in the room, plenty of soft towels and a very comfortable bed with many soft supportive pillows. I really liked the layout of the room and bathroom. The view from our room and the hotel restaurant of the beautiful courtyards filled with trees, ponds, waterfalls, light covered trees which were lit up in the dark made for a relaxing and romantic stay for our wedding anniversary! If we are ever in the area again, I will definitely try to book another room at the Cherry Valley Hotel!

I loved everything about this experience. The lobby has a gathering area with huge fireplaces and soaring ceilings. This hotel is shaped like a large octagon and has an incredible surprise interior water feature with romantic seating and a gazebo. We arrived on Christmas and so could not make use of the bar or restaurant...but both looked very nice. Our stylish, but simple room, was spacious and wonderfully clean. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was also lovely. I would definitely recommend this for groups or just a little retreat. Thanks for going above and beyond.

The room was and clean. The check in staff contacted me within five minutes of getting to my room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction with in the room. We brought the kids with us so we needed extra blankets and towels and they brought them almost immediately. The food served their was excellent and the wait staff was prompt, professional, and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. The igloo pods outside were heated and available for lounging. All in all will definitely revisit cherry valley. Thanks for the good time.

The only thing I didn't like was late check in and early check out if u don't get to check in until 4 or 5 pm u should get to check out at least like 2pm not 12pm. 12 pm is to early when u check in so late. Other than that it was great. Staff are exceptional day an night staff both. Rooms are pretty. Bathtubs huge kinda made up for not having hot tub but everything was really nice loved the balcony. Just need a later check out time with a 4pm check in.

The location of the resort and specifically our room were in prime locations and the pricing for two nights was fantastic...the bed was quite comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a plus! The grounds were beautifully maintained and well lit, and the Butcherman restaurant (and service) was excellent...quite literally one of the best meals I've ever had!!
